No interruption planned for week 46.

A Scientific Validation report on radiative fluxes products based on
Meteosat-11 and GOES-16 [1] data is now available to users.

From 13 November 2018, the global attribute file_quality_level, in the
NetCDF files, will be henceforth set to 3 (excellent : no known problems).

 Impacted products :
OSI-303-a Meteosat Downward Longwave Irradiance [2]
OSI-304-a Meteosat Surface Solar Irradiance [3]
OSI-305-a GOES-East Downward Longwave Irradiance [4]
OSI-306-a GOES-East Surface Solar Irradiance [5]

Moreover, the OSI SAF Steering Group has authorised the operational
distribution of the radiative fluxes based on GOES-16 (OSI-305-a and
OSI-306-a).

From 13 November 2018, these radiative fluxes based on GOES-16 will become
operational.

There is no change in the way these files are being distributed.
