Planned interruption for week 50

Due to IASI instrument calibration on METOP-B on 20171214 from 0512UTC to
0912UTC, no production during this period.

Impacted product : Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer Sea Surface Temperature

Reminders :

Users must stop using the GRIB and NetCDF3 format of OSI SAF radiative fluxes products (DLI, SSI) based on MSG 0°, MSG on Indian Ocean
and GOES-E and use the NetCDF4 files instead (see service message #1471).
Distribution of the GRIB and NetCDF3 files will be discontinued on the 14 December 2017 (last files distributed will be dated 2017-12-14T07:00:00Z).

Switch from GOES-13 to GOES-16 for sea surface temperature (SST) and radiative fluxes (SSI, DLI) : products based on GOES-13 -SST (OSI-207) and radiative fluxes (OSI-305 and OSI-306)- remain unchanged until 13 December 2017 included. These products are stopped on 14 December 2017.

From 14 December 2017 (or later), products based on GOES-16 -SST (OSI-207-a) and radiative fluxes (OSI-305-a and OSI-306-a)- are distributed with a status "pre-operational" and a file_quality_level 2 (suspect : occasional problems). Moreover, the SSES (Sensor Specific Error Statistic) of the SST (variables sse_bias and sses_standard_deviation) is set to zero. There is a risk of interruption from 14 December.
